My company collects the police offense reports from a city of 1 million people
(San Antonio, TX).

We forge these into a PC database.  We developed this service for the use of
local media.  However this information (now at 200,000-plus dating back to
February 1993) may be useful to researchers, writers and participants in the
debate on illegal drugs.
