Description: Small sprite-like creatures about 2 feet tall, 
Usually (but not always) evel and malicious. Extremely fast and 
agile, but with a mere 15 year lifespan.
Game Statistics:
Fights as a fighter, uses cleric saves at 2 times level (max of 
20th level saves), D4 hit Dice per level, +2 hp after 9th level,
 No armor allowed, 
Limited weapons (does dagger damage - too small to wield most 
weapons), 4/4 prof slots, +4 to dex, +2 to int, -4 str, -2 con.
Innate abilities of: ventriliquism, forget, levitate, shatter, 
dig, and fire charm once per day each. Impossible to surprise.
move rate of 96, double dex ac bonuses, base ac of 1, +3 melee 
attacks.
