The True Story of how the Littlest Angel got on the Tree.

    It was just three weeks before Christmas and Santa was having a
very rough time. The elves went on strike, they wanted better
working conditions, more money and more time off. Santa had broken
a runner on the sleigh, which would not be covered by insurance.
The reindeer all had come down with the scourers [the runs for you
city folks] and guess whose nose had just burned out? To make
matters even worse Mrs. Claus told Santa that her mother was coming
to visit and would not be leaving until Easter. My, my Santa was in
a state.  He just sat in his study and fumed. All of a sudden there
was a tiny knock on his study door.

 Knock, Knock.

    The littlest angel stood in the doorway and said "Santa I have your
Christmas tree, it is $75.00 C.O.D. Where do you want me to put it?"

    Santa told her where to put it, and that is why even today the
littlest angel sits on top of the Christmas tree.
