Declan --

I was going to let this go unremarked, but there's something unutterably
sad about Mr. Lipscomb explaining to the rest of us
 that EPIC's concerns
about Roberts lie in the fact that (apparently) EPIC are "liberal Jews," a
small group "so disproportionately in power," and that the liberal Jews
cannot countenance more than a small percentage of top legal jobs going to
members of the religion shared by "the majority of Americans." This is
hate-filled nonsense, and -- to pull a phrase from Lipscomb's opening -- I
say to hell with it.
