Title: Butterscotch candy

Yield: 1 Servings
2 c Sugar
1/4 c Butter
4 tb Water
1 tb Vinegar
Combine all the ingredients and cook until a little tried in cold
water forms a brittle or hard ball. Pour into a buttered pan and when
