1 ea LARGE ONION, SLICED
1 1/2 ea GREEN PEPPER, DICED
1 ea RED PEPPER
1/2 ts GARLIC POWDER
1 ea BAY LEAF
1 ts GARLIC POWDER
1/4 ts CUMIN
1/4 ts OREGANO
30 oz TOMATO SAUCE
15 oz SAUCE CAN WATER
1 tb FRESH LEMON JUICE
5 c CHOPPED CELERY
* CHICKEN BREAST MEAT CUT INTO 1" SQUARE PIECES, BONELESS,
SKINLESS
*---------------------------------------------------------------------
~-* COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CELERY IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN. BRING
TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT, COVER AND SIMMER FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES.
ADD CELERY AND COOK FOR 25 MINUTES MORE OT UNTIL CELERY IS TENDER
CRISP. SERVE WITH RICE.
