Title: Chocolate pudding cake

      2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
      1 c  Sugar
  1 1/4 c  Flour
    1/4 c  Salad oil
    3/4 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Vanilla
  1 1/4 c  Water
      1 pk (4 oz) Choco pudding mix
 
  Melt unsweetened chocolate. In a medium bowl, beat together chocolate,
  sugar, flour, oil, baking soda, salt, vanilla and water.  Beat 2
  minutes. Add instant pudding mix and beat only until well blended.
  Pour into lightly oiled 7 x 12-inch baking dish, and bake at 350
  degrees for about 30-35 minutes.  Let cool and frost, if desired.
  Serves 8
