      Title: Chocolate glaze - (chips)

      6 oz Chocolate chips
      4 tb Butter
      2 tb Milk
 
  Combine all ingredients in a double boiler, over hot, but not boiling
  water. Stir until chips are melted. Spread over cooled brownies or
  cake.
