      Title: Mint julep

      4 ea Mint sprigs
      2 ts Water
      1 ts Powdered sugar
  2 1/2 fl Bourbon whiskey
 
  In a silver julep cup (or collins glass) muddle mint leaves, powdered
  sugar and water. Fill glass with shaved or crushed ice and add
  bourbon. Top with more ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and straws.
