Title: Sesame soy vinaigrette

    1/2 ts Sugar
      2 ts Soy sauce
      2 tb Rice vinegar
      2 tb Oriental sesame oil
    1/4 c  Vegetable oil
      2 ts Sesame seeds, toasted
           -lightly and cooled
 
  In a bowl whisk together the sugar, the soy sauce, the vinegar, and
  salt to taste, add the oils in a stream, whisking, and whisk the
  vinaigrette until it is emulsified.  Stir in the sesame seeds. Makes
  about 1/2 cup.
