Yield: 6 Servings
1 cn Frozen concentrate orange-
-juice or lemonade
1 pt Vanilla ice cream, softened
3 1/2 c Cool whip (8 oz size)
1 Graham cracker crust (6 oz)
Beat concentrate in large mixer bowl about 30 seconds. Blend in ice
cream. Fold in whipped topping until smooth. Freeze until mixture
will mound. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours or
overnight. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Store leftover pie in
freezer. Makes 6 servings.
