Title: Linguine with red pepper sauce

      1 tb Oil
      2 x  Carrots, chopped small
      1 ts Garlic powder
      1 x  Salt & pepper to taste
      4 x  Sweet Red Peppers in strips
      2 cn Crushed tomatoes 1 lb. 13 oz
      1 tb Basil
 
    Sautee peppers & carrots in oil till tender.  Add rest of
  ingredents. Simmer 1 hr. cook Linguine & toss with sauce.
    Optional:  Add grated cheese & parsly while tossing.
