        1    pkg. frozen Puff Pastry
        1 lb med. cheddar cheese -
  :          cubed (not grated)
        1 md onion chopped fine.
  
  Roll pastry out on large cookie sheet - approximately 8" wide by 12"
  long. Place pieces of cheese and onion over surface of pastry. Bring
  sides together, crimping very well at middle. Turn ends in and crimp
  well. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for approximately. 20 minutes or
  until pastry is golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Walt MM
