      2 c  Self-rising flour
      1 tb Sugar
      1 c  Milk
    1/3 c  Mayo
 
  Combine flour, sugar, milk and mayo into smooth dough. Divide batter
  equally between 10 paper-lined cupcake wells and bake 350~ about 30
  minutes or until golden brown.
