      Title: Catfish in picante sauce

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      4    Medium to large Catfish
           -filets
      3 c  Pace Picante Sauce
      2 c  Cooked rice
 
   Place the catfish filets in a large skillet.  Pour Picante Sauce
  over the filets.  Simmer on low flame for about 20-30 minutes.
