        2    summer squash -- chayote
  :          tomatoes -- diced
  :          Spring onions
  :          Chopped red bell peppers --
  :          to garnish
  :          basil leaves -- shredded
  :          vinaigrette dressing -- mild
  :          or mayonnaise
  
  Shred squash with cheese grater. Toss in with tomatoes, onions, red
  peppers= and shredded basil leaves. Season with vinaigrette or
  mayonnaise.
