Title: Parmesan mashed potatoes

  1 1/2 c  Milk
    1/4 ts EACH salt and pepper
  2 2/3 c  Frozen mashed potatoes
      1 tb Butter or margarine
    1/4 c  Freshly grated parmesan
           Cheese
 
  Heat milk, salt and pepper in a medium saucepan over medium heat until
  steaming hot, about 6 minutes.
  
  Add potatoes and cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot,
  about 6 minutes.  Add butter and cheese; stir until butter melts.
