Title: Peach-ginger-grape fizz

1 1/2 ts Grated fresh gingerroot
3 c White grape juice, chilled
3 lg Peaches or nectarines,
-peeled, pitted, and cut
3/4 c Seltzer water, chilled
Place ginger, 1.5 cups of the grape juice, and the peaches or
nectarines in a blender or food processor and puree. Combine the
remaining grape juice, the blened peaches, and the seltzer.
4 servings, 1.5 cups each
