Title: Peanut cheese loaf

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    2/3 c  Cooked oatmeal
    1/4 c  Chopped green pepper
      3 tb Minced onion
      1 ts Salt
      2 ts Lemon juice
      1 c  Chopped salted peanuts
    2/3 c  Fine bread crumbs
    1/4 lb Cheese, grated
      1    Egg
    1/3 c  Milk
 
  Combine all ingredients.  Put mixture into a greased loaf pan and
  bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour. Serve hot with mushroom
  or tomato sauce.
