      2    Zucchini (about 1/2 lb),
           Cut into 3" x 1/4" strips
      1 cl Garlic, minced
      2 tb Unsalted butter or margarine
    1/4 c  Dry white wine
    3/4 c  Light cream
      2 tb Tomato paste
