Title: Peanut crisps

      Yield: 24 Servings
 
      1 c  Crunchy peanut butter
      1    Egg
    3/4 c  Sugar
      1 ts Vanilla
      1 c  Crispie rice cereal
 
  In a large mixing bowl stir together peanut butter, egg, sugar and
  vanilla. When well blended, quickly stir in cereal.
  
  Roll into 1 inch balls.  Place on a cookie sheet and flatten with
  tines of a fork.  Bake at 350 F for about 10 minutes. Do not remove
  from pan until slightly cooled.
