      Title: Pear relish

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1    Peck pears
      2 lb Brown sugar
      3    Onions, chopped
      1 lb Raisins
      2 c  Vinegar
           Spices
 
  Pare and shop pears.  Combine with other ingredients, adding spices to
  taste.  Mix thoroughly.  Cook slowly, stirring frequently, until
