      Title: Classy mustard garlic mayonnaise dip

      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 ts Dijon Mustard
    1/2 ts Garlic Powder
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      1 ts Capers
      1 ts Fresh Tarragon, Chopped, OR
      1 ts Dried Tarragon, Crushed
      1 ts Fresh Parsley, Chopped, OR
      1 ts Dried Parsley, Crushed
 
  Blend all of the ingredients, together until smooth.  Cover and chill.
  Makes about 1 1/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS:  Shrimp, Crabmeat,
  Duck, Brussels Sprouts, Jimcama, Radishes.
