Yield: 6 servings
2 tb Unflavored gelatin
1/2 c Cold water
1 c Boiling water
1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Whipping cream
2 c Flaked crabmeat
2 1/2 tb Pimiento
6 Stuffed olives, stuffed
1/2 Green peper, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water, then chill.
Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, crabmeat, pimiento, olives and
green pepper. Turn into a cold, wet 6 cup mold and chill until set.
