Title: Curried egg dip for shrimp

      1 c  Mayonnaise
      1    Hard Cooked Egg *
      1 ts Ground Ginger
      1    Clove Garlic
    1/2 ts Salt
      2 tb Chopped Green Onion & Tops
      1 ts Curry Powder
      1 ts Lemon Juice
           Cooked Shrimp
 
  * Very finely chopped.

  ~-- Mix together thoroughly the mayonnaise, chopped egg and ginger.
  Peel garlic and crush thoroughly with the salt (or mash garlic and
  mix with salt, or add separately).  Add garlic and salt, onion, curry
  powder and lemon juice, blend well.  Put in small bowl surrounded by
  critters.  Also good with crackers.
