      Title: Long-grain and wild rice mix

      Yield: 5 Servings
 
      1 c  Long-grain brown rice
    1/2 c  Wild rice
      1 tb Dried parsley
      2 ts Spike or all-purpose
           -seasoning
      1 ts Dried thyme
    1/2 ts Salt
 
  Mix ingredients and store in an air-tight container.
  
  Attach these instructions: To prepare, bring 3 1/4 cups water to boil
  in a medium saucepan.  Add Rice Mix, cover, and simmer for 50
  minutes. REmove from heat, and wait 10 minutes before fluffing with a
  fork.
  
  Total calories per serving: 194  Fat: 1 gram
