Title: English plum pudding

Yield: 1 Batch
1 c Chopped beef suet
1 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 c Currants
1 c Seedless raisins
1 c Candied cherries
1 c Candied citron
1 c Candied pineapple
1 c Cracker crumbs
1 c Chopped apples
1 c Blanched and chopped almonds
2 Eggs
2/3 c Milk
1 t Allspice
1 t Cinnamon
Mix all ingredients and pack loosely into clean jars to within 1 inch
of top. Put on cap, screwing the band tight. Process in pressure
cooker for 50 minutes at 10 pounds or in water bath for 3 hours.
