      Title: Mock mincemeat
 Categories: Canning, Vegetarian
      Yield: 2 Servings
 
     10 lb Green tomatoes
      5 lb Apples
      1 tb Salt
      4 lb Sugar
      1 lb Raisins
      1 lb Currants
      1 c  Vinegar
      2 tb Cinnamon
      1 tb Cloves
      2    Oranges, rind and juice
      1    Lemon, rind and juice
 
  Wash tomatoes, apples, oranges, and lemon.  Core apples.  Grind all
  together.  Then, in a kettle, add sugar, raisins, currants, and the
  fruit. Boil slowly until tender, add vinegar and spices.  Heat to
  boiling point and pack in jars and seal. Randy Rigg
