2 c Cold skim milk
1 pk (4-serving size) JELL-O
-Brand Strawberry Flavor
1 ct (8 oz.) plain lowfat yogurt
1 c Crushed ice
1 lg Banana, cut into chunks
Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients;
cover. Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Makes 5 cups
or 5 servings.

gm., fat - 1 gm., carbohydrates - 14 gm., cholesterol - 5 mg., sodium
