Title: Bran muffins #2

Yield: 18 Muffins
2 md Bananas, mashed
1 ts Baking soda
4 ts Baking powder
2 ts Vanilla
3/4 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Salt
6 oz Plain yogart
2 c Natural bran
3 ea Eggs, beaten
2 c Powdered skim milk, dry
4 ts Sugar
Preheat oven to 350^. Spray muffin tin with non-stick coating agent.
Mix mashed bananas, yogurt and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients
and mix well. Pour into prepared muffin tins and bake 15-20 minutes.
Makes 18 muffins.
