Title: Fluffy dumplings

Yield: 6 Servings
1 c All purpose flour;
2 ts Baking powder;
1/2 ts Salt;
1 tb Margerine or butter;
1/3 c Milk;
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until mixture
resembles fine crumbs. Add milk, stir until just moistened. Divide
into 6 portions and spoon onto bubbling stew, soup or meat mixture.
Cover tightly and simmer 15 minutes without lifting lid.
Makes 6 small dumplings 1 serving = 1 dumpling; 1 starchy choice 14 g
carbohydrate; 3 g protein; 2 g fat; 360 kilojoules; 86 calories
