Title: Coconut orange chicken

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1 c  Flaked coconut;
    1/2 ts Salt;
  1 1/4 ts Coriander;
      1 tb Cumin
      1 tb Brown sugar;
      1 c  Orange juice;
 
  Place above ingredients with only half  of the orange juice in a
  blender containter and blend on high speed for 1 minute.  Scrape
  sides and add another 1/2 cup of orange juice.  Cook chicken to
  intrustion on the bag. Pour sauce over  chicken and serve. A recipe I
  found on a chicken bag from the store. (those big bags)
