      Title: Dilled squash

      2 tb Vegetable oil +
      2 ts Vegetable oil
      1 c  Onions; chopped
      1 cl Garlic; minced
      4 c  Yellow summer squash; sliced
           -1/2 inch thick
    1/2 ts Salt;
    1/8 ts Pepper;
      1 ts Dill weed;
 
  Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and
  garlic, cook until onions start to brown. Add squash and mix well with
  onions. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dill over squash. Cover and
  cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes, or until squash is just
  tender-crisp.
  
  Per serving: 2g protein, 9g fat, 9g carb., 275mg sodium, 0mg chol.,
  122 calories.
