      Title: Corn lightbread
 Categories: Breads, Londontowne
      Yield: 1 servings
 
      2 c  Cornmeal
    1/2 c  Sugar
      1 t  Salt
      3 T  Oil or bacon drippings
      1 c  All purpose flour
      1 t  Baking soda
      2 c  Buttermilk or sour milk
 
  Combine dry ingredients; blend in milk and oil. Spoon into lightly
  greased 9" X 5" loaf pan. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees
  for 35-40 mins; let cool 5 mins before removing from pan.
