  Add 1/2 cup of rinsed and drained sauerkraut to nearly done Pork
  Gulash, simmer for 10-15 minutes to blend the flavors, serve with
  sour cream. I have recently posted the basic Gulash Recipe (twice)
  that you need for making this. If you missed it please do not
  hesitate to email me for a copy. I already have that in the computer
  so it's no bother.
  Some add some cubed smoked ham or smoked sausage to the Pork Gulash
  to make it richer and I've had it with wild mushrooms added.
  This is a wonderful Transylvanian dish, but not recommended for a
  night party. It will give you nightmares, but may be the elction
  would too...... Being a Canadian I only watch from the neutral
  sideline. :-)
