    1/2 c  Tahini
    1/3 c  Lemon juice
    1/4 c  Extra-virgin olive oil
    1/4 c  Water
      1    Garlic clove, minced
    1/2 ts Ground cumin
    1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce
    1/4 ts Salt
 
  In small bowl, stir together tahini, lemon juice, oil and water until
  smooth; stir in garlic, cumin, hot pepper sauce and salt.
