MMMMM-----------------HEALTHY FIREHOUSE COOKBOOK----------------------
      1 c  Green cabbage; shredded
    1/4 c  Onion; finely chopped
    1/4 c  Carrot; finely chopped
      1 tb Shallot or scallion; minced
      1 cl Garlic; finely chopped
      4 c  Chicken broth; low sodium
    1/8 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Black pepper
      1 tb Fresh parsley; chopped
  Spray a med. saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Add the cabbage,
  onion, carrot, shallot, and garlic. Cover and cook over med-low heat
  for about 5 mins., or until the vegetables soften. Add the chicken
  broth, salt, and pepper.  Bring to a simmer and cook, partially
  covered, for about 20 mins., until the vegetables are very tender.
  Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
  Per serving - 33 cal, 3 g pro, 4 g carbo, 1 g fat, -0- g sat fat, -0-
  mg chol, 360 mg sod, 1 g fiber; 21% calories from fat
