      Title: Toasted salted almonds

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      2 tb Unsalted butter
      1 tb Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 ts Cumin
           Dash of hot pepper sauce
  1 1/2 c  Unblanched almonds
      1 tb Pickling salt
 
  In saucepan, melt butter over low heat.  Stir in Worcestershire sauce,
  cumin and hot pepper sauce; simmer gently for 5 minutes. Stir in
  almonds and coat well.
  
  Spread nuts on baking sheet and bake in 325F oven, stirring
  occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until toasted. Sprinkle with
  salt and serve warm. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Source: Canadian Living
  Magazine ch. *Nuts can be cooled and stored in airtight container for
  up to 2 weeks. Reheat in 325F oven for about 4 minutes or just until
  warm.
