Title: Monk's chicken pesto

1 lb Chicken
1 Head of broccoli
2 pk Knorr Pesto sauce
Extra virgin olive oil
1 lb Pasta (fettucini, spaghetti,
Linguini, any long pasta)
3/4 c Flour
Wash chicken breasts. Mix about 3/4 cup flour, basil, garlic powder.
Coat chicken with this mixture. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for about
30 minutes or until done. Cook pasta in boiling water. When drained,
sprinkle a little basil and garlic powder into pasta and mix. Steam
broccoli. Make Knorr's pesto sauce -- 2 envelopes worth. Chop chicken
into small pieces. Mix chicken, broccoli, and sauce into pasta and
