 Categories: Desserts, Breads, Eggs

           -Kumquats are different than
           -other citrus fruits in that
           -both skin and pulp
           -are edible. They have an
           -intense orange flavor when
           -eaten raw or cooked.
           -Kumquats store well under
           -refrigeration. Use bright
           -orange kumquats as a
           -garnish, poach in honey and
-use as a sauce base for
           -vegetables or desserts.
           -Make marmalades and
           -preserves, and of course
           -eat out of hand. Some
           -will require that the tiny
           -seeds be removed.
