      Title: Mock hollandaise

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2    Eggs, beaten
    1/4 c  Cream
    1/8 t  Salt
    1/8 t  Cayenne
    1/8 t  Nutmeg
      1 T  Lemon juice
      2 T  Butter, melted
 
  In a double boiler, mix and cook the first 6 ingreds, stirring
  constantly until thickened. Then slowly stir in the butter. Stir
  until thick and serve.
