Title: Spam and cheese souffle

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
     12 sl Bread, crusts removed
           -Soft butter or margarine
      1 cn Spam, grated (12 oz.)
           -Cheese, grated (about same
           -amount as Spam)
      4    Eggs
      3 c  Milk
           -Salt
      1 cn Mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz.)
    1/2 c  Milk
 
  Butter 1 side of bread slices and place in 9 x 13 inch pan, butter
  side down. Sprinkle Spam over bread.  Sprinkle cheese over meat. Beat
  eggs, milk and salt. Dip remaining slices of bread in egg mixture and
  place over cheese.  Pour balance over all.  let stand in refrigerator
  overnight. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Take from oven and pour
  mushroom soup and milk over top.  Bake in oven another 10-15 minutes.
