      1    Recipe "Hacker Helper"
      2 ts Cumin
      1 ts Chili powder
    1/4 ts Cayenne pepper or to taste
      2 c  Prepared salsa, divided
     10 md Sized soft flour tortillas
  1 1/2 c  Jack or cheddar cheese,
           Grated
           Chopped cilantro leaves for
           Garnish
 
  In large skillet, prepare or reheat "Hacker Helper". Stir in spices
  and 1/2 cup salsa. Simmer until heated through. Fill tortillas one at
  a time with 2-3 tbsp wheat mixture and sprinkle with 2 tbsp cheese.
  Roll up and place seam side down into a large shallow baking dish.
  Top with remaining salsa and cheese. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
