    1/2 c  Butter
     10    Eggs
    1/2 c  Flour
      1 ts Baking powder
    1/4 ts Salt
      1 lb Large curd cottars cheese
      1 lb Jack cheese
           ** Special ingredients
 
    Melt the butter.  Whip eggs until fluffy, add the flour, baking
  powder, salt, cottage cheese, melted butter and half the jack cheese.
  **At this step add any special ingredients you like (I use broccoli
  flowerettes, uncooked).
    Place the mixture in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with
  remaining cheese. Bake at 400~ for 15 minutes. Then reduce
  temperature to 350~, and continue to bake foe 35 to 40 minutes, or
  until the top is lightly browned. Cook and cut into squares for
  serving.
    Gayes notes:  I can vouch for this one. I serve it for guests and
  always get asked for the recipe.
