Title: Deviled eggs with rice
Yield: 1 Servings
6 ea Hard-cooked eggs
3 c Cooked rice
1/2 tb Butter or butter substitute
1 ea Onion, minced
1/2 ts Salt
2 ea Crackers, ground
1 1/2 c Medium white sauce
Cut eggs in halves lengthwise. Remove yolks. Mash. Add onion,
butter, salt, and crackers. Moisten with cream. Refill whites.
Arrange filled eggs on bed of rice. Serve with white sauce. 6
