Title: Ham-asparagus brunch bake

2 tb Butter
3 tb Sliced green onion
1/2 lb Fresh asparagus
- cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- (1 1/2 cups)
6 Eggs
1/3 c Milk
1 ts Dried mustard
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Chopped cooked ham
6 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in large heavy skillet.
Cook onion and asparagus over medium heat about 3 minutes. Stir
together in large mixing bowl eggs, milk, and seasonings. Place
asparagus mixture and ham in well-buttered baking dish. Pour egg
mixture over all. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle dish with cheese and bake
an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
