     10 lg Hard cooked eggs; sliced in
           ;half lengthwise
      1 cl Garlic
      2    Serrano chilies; seeded and
           ;minced
      1 ts Fresh lemon juice
      2 ts Dried mustard powder
    1/4 ts Cayenne powder
    1/4 ts Pure chili powder
    1/4 ts Paprika
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 ts Cilantro; chopped (coriander
      1 ts Chives; chopped
 
    Remove yolks from eggs and put in mixing bowl with all ingredients
  except chives and egg white halves. . Mash ingredients until
  completely mixed and then refill egg white halves with mixture.
  Garnish with chives sprinkled across filled eggs.
