      Title: Quiche florentine
 Categories: Eggs
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      1 pk (15 oz) ready made pie
           Crust
      2 c  (8 oz.) Velveeta shredded
           Pasteurized Process Cheese
           Food
    1/3 c  (1 1/2 oz.) grated Parmesan
           Cheese
      1 pk (10 oz) frozen chopped
           Spinach, thawed and well
           Drained
      4    Crispy cooked bacon slices,
           Crumbled
    3/4 c  Milk
      3    Eggs,beaten
    1/4 ts Black pepper
 
  Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one crust
  pie,using a 9" pie plate.(Refrigerate leftover crust for later
  use.)In a large bowl,combine remaining ingredients; mix well.Pour
  into unbaked pie crust.Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or
  until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes
  before serving.Makes 6 to 8 servings.
