      Title: Scrambled eggs

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      6 ea Eggs
           Salt and pepper
    1/4 c  Milk
  2 1/2 tb Butter or bacon fat
           Cayenne
 
  Beat eggs with fork until whites and yolks are blended. Add milk. Heat
  butter in frying pan.  Add egg mixture. Cook slowly, stirring
  constantly, until of creamy consistency. Season to taste. Serve at
  once. If desired, 1/4 cup crisp chopped ham or bacon may be added to
  the cooked eggs. 4 servings. The Household Searchlight
