Title: Quick applesauce muffins

      2 c  Bisquick
    1/4 c  Sugar
      1 t  Cinnamon
    1/2 c  Applesauce
    1/4 c  Milk
      1 x  Egg
      2 T  Cooking oil

    1/4 c  Sugar
    1/4 t  Cinnamon
      2 T  Butter or margarine, melted
 
   Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
   Combine Bisquick, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add
  applesauce, milk, egg amd oil, and beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
  Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full and bake 12-15 minutes. Cool
  slightly and remove from pans. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon. Dip
  tops of muffins in melted buter, then in sugar-cinnamon. Makes 12.
